Meet Justin Ballard
A Raleigh native, husband and father of three, with nearly 20 years of experience in construction, carpentry and residential remodeling.
Justin’s career has taken a unique path. He spent approximately eight years as a lead carpenter on ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, along with time on Tiny House Nation, Bar Rescue and several other television projects and pilots. Those experiences strengthened his appreciation for craftsmanship, creative problem-solving and getting the details right.
Today, Justin owns Ballard Built Design, specializing in custom carpentry, cabinetry, built-ins and residential remodeling. He combines thoughtful design with hands-on expertise to create work tailored to each client’s home, style and everyday needs.
Justin approaches every project with a commitment to quality craftsmanship, thorough planning, attention to detail and clear communication. He believes the best work does more than look good: it adds lasting function and character to a home.
